Take this opportunity to become part of a company that offers stability, a positive fulfilling work environment with strong processes and reputation in place. **_THE ROLE_** As a Mobile Service Technician, you will be expected to deliver consistent, accurate, high quality service to your customers. You will become a passionate and energetic team member with excellent skills in communication. The job will challenge you to provide solutions and build relationships with a varying range of customers - calling on customers when you are not in the field servicing or repairing plant and machinery is required. As part of the position you will need to be available to participate in a 24-hour on-call roster split between the other technicians. You will also be responsible for developing, building and maintaining relationships with your group of key customers, both new and existing. Dealing with customers that come in, and providing support to the Centre and Operations Managers as required, this role is a great opportunity to develop into an Operations Manager in time and gain solid experience in hose making. **_ABOUT YOU_** To be considered for this position you will have: - Ideally a mechanical trade or equivalent experience - An underlying level of urgency balanced with strict attention to detail - The ability to think on your feet and solve problems under pressure - Good numeracy, verbal and written skills - A current Drivers' Licence (MR preferable but not essential) - Some flexibility in working hours as after hours availability is a pre-requisite for mobile service work. **_TO APPLY_
