About the role
Reporting into the Director of Culture & Capability, as an Organisational Development Consultant you will provide support and coordination of activities across the full OD function, which is spread across the employee lifecycle, with a focus on culture transformation and leadership development. Working with established tools and frameworks, you will deliver the agreed workplan for the organisation. We are looking for someone to have an organisational wide impact and shap our leadership development.

Experience in delivery and facilitation of leadership development programs
Experience in overseeing key organisational programs of work
Collaborative with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement and management
Tertiary qualifications in organisational psychology or human resources
This is a permanent full-time opportunity with a hybrid work model of working from home and from one of our offices located in either Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane or Perth.
