**Your New Team**

This is a unique opportunity to shape, coordinate and deliver a range of leadership development experiences and strengthen organisational culture across the Royal Melbourne Hospital. This role is ideal for a clinical leader passionate about driving improvement for future leaders.

**Your new role**

Front line leaders are essential to making this a great place to work and a great place for our patients to receive care. You will play a critical role in designing and delivering innovative experiences to help our clinical leaders grow and thrive.
- Facilitate sessions with leadership groups both virtually and in person. You will work closely with consultants and others with relevant expertise to coordinate programs and support team-based initiatives. Your approach will focus on impact and achieving shifts in performance through evidence-based approaches drawing on science, psychology and research.
- You will be key in ensuring we continue to utilise the feedback we receive about the employee experience to drive improvement. You will collaborate with leaders and education teams to refine induction and onboarding experiences.
