**Bottle Shop Supervisor/Assistant Manager | Chittaway Bay Tavern - Part Time**

We are on the lookout for a Bottle Shop Supervisor to join the Laundy Hotel Group along the central coast of NSW.

Do you have the creative flare, key eye for detail and amazing leadership skills? These roles in our Coastal pubs offer you the opportunity to help run the bottle Shop team and contribute to delivering an exceptional retail experience

**THE OPPORTUNITY**
- Lead by example to deliver an exceptional instore customer experience.
- Ensuring high standards of store presentation
- executing instore visual merchandising and exceptional retail marketing standards.
- Help Mentor, train and developing your small team.
- Assisting with ordering and stock management
- ordering the right stock at the right time at the right levels.
- Ensure a safe and welcoming store for our customers and your staff.

**About you**
- 2+ years’ experience managing a retail liquor store
- A passion to deliver the highest standards of customer service.
- Highly organised and effective time management
- Experience with inventory management.
- Experience in leading a small team and sound knowledge of rostering
- Strong conflict-resolution skills and effective problem-solving skills
- Availability to work evenings and weekends as required.
- Physical fit and able to lift and carry heavy items
- Knowledge and interest of wine, beer and spirits.
- Valid NSW RSA
