The role Reporting to the Manager, RiskMan Replacement Project, you will lead and provide expertise in the procurement of a statewide system/s to report and manage incidents, feedback, case management and risks. The procurement approach will include broad consultation to determine the preferred model; a review and update of business requirements; and a market scan. A procurement sourcing strategy will then be developed based on the identified requirements and results of the market scan. You will develop and distribute high-quality project documents, such as management strategies and materials for particular project activities related to project goals.
Furthermore, this role requires to guarantee the delivery of high-quality project results, encourage and ensure the use of suitable project leadership and change management strategies, processes, and tools, particularly benefit realisation and risk and problem management.
The successful personTo be successful in this role, you must have prior experience in managing stakeholder relationships to enable successful business change, including the capacity to forge connections and exert influence over important stakeholders. You will also have exceptional skill in managing large-scale, complex projects across all stages of the project life cycle, utilising project management and change management approaches with regard to data information systems, measurement programmes, and initiatives.
In addition to this you will demonstrate an elevated level of ability to conceptualise, create, explain, and assess fresh, inventive, and creative ways to deal with complex organisational difficulties in a clinical setting with regard to informational systems, measurement programmes, and initiatives.
