**The Role**

Origin has established an Information Security and Assurance Program (ISAP) to further strengthen our control posture with regards to Personally Identifiable Information (PII).

The Cyber Program Manager role is responsible for the successful delivery of the ISAP outcomes across the entire organisation, spanning across multiple technology and business teams, in accordance with the approved business case and the realisation of all benefits identified, whilst adhering to program and project management disciplines and governance processes.

This position is part of the Enterprise Portfolio Delivery team which reports through to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and will be working closely with the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), in addition to the broader Origin Security team.

**Responsibilities & Duties**
- Responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of the outcomes within the recently approved ISAP Business Case.
- Establish effective communication channels to keep stakeholders informed about the program's progress, milestones, and any changes or risks that may impact them.
- Ensure the projects within the program are optimised to deliver the best overall outcome for Origin in an environment rich in change and competing demands.
- Technology delivery components meet the relevant governance requirements and alignment with IT strategy.
- Projects and programs are delivered as sustainable IT services with full transition to BAU teams.
- Standard frameworks are applied in a pragmatic way that enables value vs risk trade-offs.
- Project / program performance reporting is transparent and available to management in a timely manner, including benefits tracking throughout the program lifecycle.
- Adherence and compliance with Origin project disciplines and governance processes.
- Continual improvement is driven from lessons learned.

**About you**
- 10+ years IT Project Management experience establishing and delivering technology enabled business outcomes though projects and programs.
- 8+ years influencing General Manager level sponsors, leading steering committees, managing competing expectations and facilitating timely and effective decision making.
- **5+ years’ experience managing** and assuring $10m+ pa of technology related change, including **within the Cyber / Security realm**.
- Demonstrable experience in motivating, leading and developing high performance project and program management teams driving cultural change and continual improvement.
- Applied experience in accelerating delivery of business outcomes using ‘Agile’ practices in large corporates.
- Extensive experience leading business and IT stakeholders through trade-off options and decisions.
- Evidenced experience setting up effective program governance and communication structures to proactively engage and inform program stakeholders.
- Has successfully identified, influenced and developed strong relationships with key stakeholders in complex, fast-paced environments.
- Have overseen 10+ concurrent projects running both Agile and Waterfall.
