You will be joining a business that has low turnover and ensure that they provide you with the best systems and procedures to upskill you.

**_Role:_**

You will be joining the team to lead a team of Estimators in growing the tender size, scale of projects and upskilling team members with relevant softwares.

**_Duties:_**
- Ability to work in a team environment and unsupervised
- Commercial experience
- Quality take offs
- Ability to tender on multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong customer service focus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to use appropriate Estimating Softwares
- Ability to read and interpret building plans/engineering drawings

**_Skills & Experience:_**
- 5 years’ + experience as an Estimator in Commercial Construction.
- Ability to lead a team of estimators and report into Directors/ General Managers
- Ability to work autonomously
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to liaise with clients
