**Role Description/Criteria**

Aquinas College wishes to appoint a dynamic, suitably experienced Human Resources Officer. This is an ongoing, full time position. The successful applicant will support the Assistant Principal - Staff and Human Resources Manager with:

- Recruitment
- Appointments
- Staff Induction
- Questions about employment conditions and entitlements
- Contract variations
- Maintaining complete and accurate HR records
- Updating Position Descriptions and HR Policies
- Leave cover
- Compliance monitoring
- Staff celebrations, farewells, milestones and recognition
- Staff exits
- Day to Day administrative support

The successful applicant will be appointed as a Category C Education Support Employee, Level 3 (Victorian Catholic Education Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2022). Category C employees work 45 weeks per year and receive seven weeks’ paid school holidays.

Start date as soon as possible or by negotiation.
