**Youth Disability Support Workers - HAZELBROOK NSW**

**for work on Tuesday Wednesday and Friday 10-12**

This is a rewarding opportunity for skilled support workers who are confident working shifts within a small team environment and are committed to providing consistent, compassionate, and professional care.

**About the Role**:
You will work as part of a supportive team delivering around-the-clock care and supervision, focusing on safety, engagement, and meaningful support for the two young participants.

**Shift Details**:

- **S**tarts now

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide emotional and practical support to young people
- Assist with daily living tasks, personal care, and routines
- Support social and recreational activities
- Maintain a safe and positive environment
- Complete daily documentation and shift reports

**Requirements**:

- Experience in Individual Support, Youth Work, Disability or Community Services
- Experience supporting young people with disabilities or complex needs
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and WWCC
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Valid Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
- Must be available for the full STA period (12-31 November)
