**The Opportunity**
We are currently looking for a full time Team Leader to join our Tennyson Distribution Centre in Brisbane. Reporting to the warehouse supervisor, the role involves working a roster between the hours of 6.30am-3.30pm Monday to Friday. This is a great opportunity to be part of a family-owned business with a supportive work culture.

As a Team Leader you will be hands on, responsible for leading the picking team through to close down, ensure stock flow, picking and delivery paperwork all whilst ensuring a high standard of warehouse operations and HACCP protocols.

**Key Responsibilities include**
- Lead a small team to meet targets and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures
- Oversee accurate and timely pick slips and delivery dockets.
- Lead pick team to achieve planned/budgeted KPIs, cost outcomes, safety measures, performance standards, stock control and service levels.
- Complete administrative tasks associated with daily operations.
- Effectively communicate with team members and key stakeholders.
- Focus on the continuous improvement of systems and processes.

**Who we're looking for**
We're looking for a resilient, results driven individual who is able to negotiate and influence with stakeholders at all levels. Who will also:

- Demonstrated experience in team leadership
- Strong planning and problem solving skills including the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
- Strong customer service ethic and understanding of retail operations demands
- Possess basic to intermediate computer skills
- Safety focused
- Must hold a valid High Risk LF License

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
