**The Organisation**:
Our client is one of Melbourne’s most well established home builders who are recognized for their impressive work and presence in the market.
- They have built their reputation on delivering quality 1st homebuyers products through to KDRB projects and due to their continued growth and success are looking to grow their construction team in the North.
- Our client ensure that their Site Supervisors Have the level of support and processes required to produce quality homes.
- Each Construction Manager oversees 4 Supervisors ensuring support is available at all times.
- Our client pride themselves on employee development and therefore have dedicated training programs in place to ensure each employee is reaching their potential.**The Role**:

- Supervise all work carried out on-site;
- Liaise with clients;
- Managing day to day running of all trades to adhere to program & deadlines;
- Interpreting building plans, regulations, codes of practice, labour control and material deliveries in order to direct the progress of work and monitor compliance with construction documents
- Managing 15 - 20 Homes at any time;
- Arranging supplies of materials and equipment and verifying delivery;
- Completing quality assurance inspections;
- Monitoring and controlling ETS spending
- Minimum 2 years of experience working within the construction industry **(volume builder experience ESSENTIAL)**:

- Comparable volume building supervisory experience along with a tertiary qualification in building and construction or similar discipline (ideal)
- A customer focus, exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills; and a positive can-do attitude
- Vibrant, approachable and positive personality with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- An aptitude for management and leadership and be technically minded.
- A holder of a White card

**Salary range : $95,000 - $115,000 + Superannuation and car included.**
