Cadsteel Pty Ltd is seeking a steel frame detailer to join our team. You will be responsible for the design and detailing of residential and commercial frames, trusses and mid-floors using Framecad software.

**Job Role**:

- Produce highly detailed light gauge steel frame drawings and associated documentation ready for manufacturing
- Generate 3D frame models to a high degree of quality and accuracy
- Co-ordinate work schedules
- Interpreting plans, regulations and codes of practice to ensure all drawings are completed and adhere to Australian Standards
- Provide software training and guidance to other detailers within team
- Training of new and existing employees to become senior detailers
- Update and maintain training manuals and documents
- Advise and critique on detailing and engineering projects to ensure compliance prior to manufacturing and delivery to clients
- Liaise with clients as required to ensure projects are delivered within expected timeframes
- Liase with external suppliers on processes and standards

**About You**:

- Minimum 3 years experience with Framecad & Nexa software
- Knowledge of AutoCAD
- Excellent computer, written and communication skills
- Highly accurate with great attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
- High level time management skills
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
