Pool Lifeguards are responsible for ensuring the safety of all facility patrons while promoting interactive and enjoyable aquatic activities. Lifeguards achieve this by:

- Ensuring the highest standards of supervision and safety in accordance with facility supervision plans and industry best practice.
- Assisting in the set-up, pack-up and supervision of programs including casual hire bookings, birthday parties and special events.
- Ensuring that cleaning and maintenance is completed to the highest standard.
- Delivering a high standard of expertise in first aid and aquatic rescues.
