We are seeking a physiotherapist to join our thriving practice in Kyneton, Victoria.

Maple Physiotherapy and Performance offers a unique combination of sports physiotherapy, strength training, injury rehabilitation, elite sports science technology, and a performance-focused coaching mindset —serving Kyneton and surrounding areas within the Macedon Ranges.

We specialise in:

  • Client centered one to one physiotherapy consultations, catering for injury management through to high performance athletes
  • Individualised strength and conditioning in supportive group environments
  • Active, educated, and thorough approaches to injury resolution
  • Clinical Pilates (both modern and classical) to help manage spinal pain, improve function, and promote movement science-led change

The Role

We're looking for a new physiotherapist to join our collaborative and professional multidisciplinary team. The role is part-time (or full-time for the right candidate) and will be based in our new facility in Kyneton.

Both experienced and new graduates are welcome to apply as we have a comprehensive CPD and PD program that can support the development of the ideal candidate in their preferred areas of growth.

You will:

  • Provide one-on-one physiotherapy and rehabilitation using advanced performance testing tools
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments with force plates and dynamometry,
  • Develop tailored, progressive rehab programs anchored in objective KPIs and performance metrics
  • Collaborate within a high-performing, multidisciplinary referral network
  • Take a leading role in driving client outcomes, education, and return-to-performance strategies—no matter the challenge

About You

  • Bachelor of Physiotherapy
  • Registered Physiotherapist with AHPRA
  • Strong interest in performance-based rehab, sport, or return-to-play
  • Open to learning technology and high-performance systems
  • Positive, professional, and growth-oriented
  • ASCA level 1 accreditation (or willing to undertake) would be an advantage
