Maylands Lodge is a boutique hotel known for its heritage charm, warm hospitality, and high standards of guest experience. We are looking for a versatile and proactive **All-Rounder** to join our team, supporting daily operations across **Food & Beverage, Reception, and Housekeeping**.

**About the Role**

This is a hands-on, guest-facing role ideal for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a collaborative environment. You’ll assist with a range of tasks, including guest check-ins, breakfast service, and room preparation — ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable stay.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Food & Beverage**:

- Assist with breakfast service, coffee preparation, and basic food handling.
- Provide warm and professional service to guests in the dining area.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the restaurant and bar area.

**Reception**:

- Greet and assist guests with check-in/check-out procedures.
- Support reservations and guest requests with attention to detail.

**Housekeeping**:

- Assist with daily room cleaning and common area maintenance.
- Restock amenities and ensure rooms meet Maylands Lodge quality standards.
- Report maintenance issues or guest needs promptly.

**About You**
- Previous experience in hospitality (F&B, front desk, or housekeeping) preferred, but not essential.
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and flexibility to support various departments.
- Well-groomed and professional presentation.
- Availability to work weekends and public holidays as required.
