Are you a dynamic, enthusiastic, and customer-focused individual looking to take your career to the next level? We are seeking a dedicated Store Manager to lead a large team and ensure the Colonnades store continues to provide exceptional value to our customers.

**As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for**:

- **Team Leadership**: Lead and inspire a diverse team of employees, fostering a positive work environment, and helping them reach their full potential through training and development.
- **Customer Service**: Ensure the highest level of customer service is delivered consistently, fostering a friendly and approachable atmosphere in a fast paced environment.
- **Inventory Management**: Oversee a high volume of stock, with strategic inventory control to maximise sales and minimise stock losses.
- **Visual Merchandising**: Maintain a visually appealing and organised store layout that is consistent with the brand's image.
- **Operational Excellence**: Oversee day-to-day operations, including cash handling, staff scheduling, and compliance with company policies and procedures.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Demonstrated track record in retail management.
- Strong leadership abilities, including the skill to motivate and foster team growth.
- Outstanding abilities in providing personable customer service and effective communication.
- Proficiency in overseeing inventory management and stock control in a high volume, fast paced retail environment.
