Our client is a renowned premium fashion brand globally recognised for its sophisticated designs. They are on the hunt for a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead the Outlet team and uphold their values and standards.

The role
***will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, driving sales performance, and delivering an unparalleled customer experience. You will lead by example, fostering a culture of excellence and ensuring that the brand values are upheld at all times.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Create a welcoming and engaging environment for customers, delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships.
- Implement effective merchandising strategies to showcase products and drive sales.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management procedures are followed.
- Uphold brand standards in visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work culture, providing coaching and development opportunities for team members.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

**About You**:

- Previous experience in a managerial role within the retail industry in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business results.
- Depth of operational management experience.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organisational and time management abilities.
- Flexibility to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
