**Your Impact**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Raw Materials Lead to join team based in Albury. In this role you will lead a team of Raw Material Coordinators and Officers in order to ensure close management of the inventory on site. Additionally, you will business partner with stakeholders including Raw Materials, Suppliers, Procurement, Site Operations and Supply Planning.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and motivate a team to deliver raw materials milestones and project deliverables.
- Liaise and build relationships with multiple suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Work closely with the Site Production Scheduler regarding any production plan changes to ensure raw materials are ordered and delivered in time to accommodate any changes to the plans.
- Ensure that run in run out plans are executed according to supplier lead times/existing stock on hand.
- Liaise with Raw Materials Planning team to confirm alignment prior to issuing long term forecasts for new materials are made available to suppliers.
- Manage team to ensure purchase orders for new materials are raised per the required timeline.

**About You**
- No qualifications required but Logistics / Business Degree or relevant is highly regarded.
- Experience in an Inventory Management or Production related role within a related industry, preferably in the FMCG, food manufacturing, beverage, or pharmaceutical
- Strong people leadership skills
- Project management within an FMCG environment
- Confident user of ERP and Production/Replenishment Planning systems (SAP ECC experience would be advantageous)
- Highly effective and confident communicator and negotiator, able to work independently and behave decisively under pressure
