**The Opportunity**
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced and strategic Team Lead to shape the future of South Australia’s transport infrastructure.

As Team Lead, Metro or Southern Rural, you will play a pivotal role in the planning, execution, and successful handover of major transport projects, ensuring that these projects meet the highest standards in terms of quality, safety, and efficiency.

In this pivotal role, you will:

- Work across a wide range of stakeholders, from government departments to contractors.
- Lead diverse teams in the delivery of projects that directly impact the development and sustainability of the state’s road networks.
- Oversee key project elements including scope, risk management, time, cost, and procurement, all while ensuring compliance with governance requirements.
- Collaborating, influencing, and inspiring teams and stakeholders is a crucial element in this dynamic role.

**About You**
We are looking for a Team Lead's with a proven track record in delivering complex infrastructure projects, preferably within the transport sector. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where strategic thinking, problem-solving, and a results-driven mindset are key. You possess strong leadership qualities that enable you to inspire and motivate teams, particularly in achieving challenging and sometimes conflicting goals.

Your expertise in project management, coupled with a sound understanding of contract administration and civil works, ensures that you can manage resources efficiently and resolve complex project issues. You are highly collaborative, adept at engaging with diverse internal and external stakeholders, and have the communication skills to negotiate sensitive matters and articulate complex ideas clearly.

**Special Conditions**

Some out of hours and weekend work, along with some intra/interstate travel requiring overnight stays, may be required.
