**About the Gaming Crew**:
Our diverse and friendly team are knowledgeable in all things gaming and know what it takes to provide customer service that is second to none. Our team are sociable, helpful and aren't afraid to clock up some steps on our busy gaming floor.

**The day-to-day**:
Our Gaming Team Leaders are responsible for supervising our Gaming team and ensure smooth running of all Gaming services. This role is also responsible for monitoring and evaluating team performance and acting as a key point of escalation for high level customer enquiries.
