We have a position available for a MAG/WAG Team Leader (full-time) to join our team at the Sydney Gymnastics & Aquatic Centre, West HQ.

**The role**:
You will work with senior coaches and gymnasts to develop, improve, and polish their skills. Key responsibilities include:

- Assist in the development and progression of gymnasts;
- Ensure all gymnasts receive the highest possible level of instruction;
- Teach, coach, and deliver program in a positive, safe, and fun environment;
- Provide support to other coaches within the programs; and
- Communicate to children, parents, and coaches on the progress of participants and maintain a high level of customer service.

**What will you need to be considered?**
- Advanced / Advanced Silver Accreditation
- Current and Valid technical membership
- First Aid Certificate/CPR
- Working with children Check clearance (18+ years)
- Judging qualifications (or wiling to achieve)
- Experience in gymnastics coaching, programming, and planning
