**About the role**:
In the capacity of a Residential Support Worker, you will provide extensive support to individuals with disabilities within a residential setting, covering tasks such as personal care, meal assistance, hoisting, and transfers.
**At Gateways we work on a fortnightly, Week 1/ Week 2 roster, our work weeks run Thursday to Wednesday. Roster details are below**:
**Line A (30 hours)**
**Week 1**
No shifts
**Week 2**:
Friday 3.00pm - 10.00pm + sleepover (7 hours)
Saturday 7.00am - 9.00am (2 hours)
Sunday 9.00am - 3.00pm (6 hours)
Monday 3.00pm - 10.00pm + sleepover (7 hours)
Tuesday 7.00am - 9.00am (2 hours)
Wednesday 9.00am - 3.00pm (6 hours)

- NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance (or willingness to obtain one)
- NDIS Workers Orientation Module (certificate of completion)
- Employee Working with Children Check (Victorian)
- Current First Aid & CPR certificate
- Valid Victorian Driver's License
- Qualification in Disability, Community Services, Social Work or equivalent (desirable)
- Child safety and wellbeing is embedded in Gateways leadership, governance, and culture. We have zero tolerance of child abuse. _
