Our service based in Stafford, provides support in Brisbane's West, North, City and surrounding suburbs, you let us know which location is better for you. **At Anglicare Southern Queensland we value our staff and their time; so, we do our best to make sure you work close to home, your time is not spent driving long distances but doing what you do best by supporting our clients.

**About the role**:

- Personal grooming and hygiene; assistance with medication reminders and general self-care
- Transport assistance to the supermarket, or to watch a local sports team
- Assistance with domestic duties and general help around the house
- Visits to the hairdresser, nail salons or the local café for a coffee
- Outdoor activities, a gentle stroll, taking someone to the movies once a week or helping out in the garden
- Food shopping, menu planning, and meal preparation - or assisting with arts, crafts, and new creations

**A bit about you.**

To enable us to continue to provide high-quality, client-centered care we are looking for dedicated, reliable, and flexible workers.
- A fantastic attitude and genuine interest in helping others
- A practical understanding of hygiene assistance and commitment of care
- Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, Home & Community Care, Disability Services or similar field
- National Police Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Full Covid vaccination evidence
- Hepatitis B (or prepared to obtain)
- Tetanus (or prepared to obtain)
- Queensland Driver Licence and your own, reliable vehicle
