- We are looking for _**Carers (In Home Care)** to work with our clients in Brisbane and surrounding suburbs._
- The successful Carers will ideally based in or have ready access to transport to work in and around Brisbane_ _and be compassionate to provide a high quality of care delivered by commitment and dedication._

**_Your responsibilities: _**
- _Understand and implement the Clinical Care Plan_
- _Personal care such as assistance with toilet, showering, dressing, grooming, hygiene and medication assistance_
- _Domestic duties include preparing meals, housekeeping, companionship and ensuring a safe environment for our clients_
- _Connecting with clients and families and delivering a high quality of personalised care and companion care, building strong relationships with our clients_

**_Your requirements: _**
- _**Good Communication both verbal and written**_
- _**Experience & knowledge in the use of Hoists and Care equipment.**_
- _**Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support or equivalent Industry experience in a similar role**_
- _**Have a current Police Check - Required**_
- _**NDIS Worker Check - Required**_
- _**Smart Mobile Phone**_
- _**Drivers licence and car - Desirable**_

**Salary: $28.68 - 34.09 per hour _(Casual Ordinary Hours - Hourly rates of pay are higher on weekends, public holidays & evenings)_**
