THE OPPORTUNITY
Join our team at Canberra International Golf Centre, where passion for customer service meets a love for golf We’re seeking friendly and enthusiastic Customer Service Attendants to deliver exceptional guest experiences across our busy, dynamic venue.
**About the Role**:
**You’ll be responsible for**:
Operating point-of-sale systems with accuracy and efficiency.
Driving revenue through quality service and upselling techniques.
Maintaining a clean, hygienic, and welcoming environment.
Upholding grooming and hygiene standards.
Completing opening/closing duties as needed.
Following all workplace health, safety, and company procedures.
Supporting the team with additional tasks as required.
**About You**:
Proven customer service experience in hospitality, leisure, or retail.
A positive attitude with great communication skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Skilled in complaint handling and delivering timely resolutions.
A genuine passion for golf is a plus
