No problem We offer fantastic, training and support, and teach staff all they need to know to be successful in this position. - You do need to be a clear communicator, and be able to converse and explain, technical information in an 'easy to understand' manner. - Computer literacy and data entry skills are a must, as you need to type up notes from calls, and use basic software packages. - If you have this and the ability to work independently and as part of a team, then this role is perfect for you **Skills and Experiences**: How will you support our “Why?” - As a Business Sales Consultant, you will be providing advice and tailored solutions to small and medium businesses. - Our customers will have either enquired online or called us directly asking what we can do for their business. - Our team has a customer first approach, providing solutions based on what the customer TRULY needs, which allows us to change the game. - This is an "inside sales" position located at our Burswood, WA office. - Permanent, full time hours (37.5) each week with hours to be worked on a rotating roster 8am - 8pm AEDT, Monday - Friday If you feel don’t meet all the requirements for this role, we’d love you to still consider applying.
