**About the role**

As the Manager Patrol Operations, you'll be at the forefront of our roadside assistance services, ensuring that our patrol team delivers exceptional service while meeting key performance indicators. Your role will involve leading a team of Patrol Officers, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a culture of operational excellence.
- Provide strong leadership, foster a positive work environment, and develop your team through coaching and mentoring.
- Oversee and implement efficient processes, integrate new technologies, and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
- Resolve member issues, enhance service delivery, and introduce innovative solutions to improve member satisfaction.
- Manage the patrol operations budget, control costs, and ensure financial performance aligns with targets.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, and report and address any issues promptly.

You will oversee and manage roadside assistance patrol operations, enhancing services with innovation and excellence. - 5-7 years of experience showcasing strong Managerial leadership, problem-solving, and member service.
- Proactive approach to adopting new technologies and methods.
- Experience in managing a diverse and remote workforce in 24/7 365-day environment
- Experience in change management and managing staff in an IR environment.
