**Role Responsibilities**:

- Supporting the Store Manager in managing daily operations
- Monitor daily stock recovery in your department
- Achieve sales growth and meet department KPI targets
- Build your team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Lead by example in all areas
- High volume stock management
- Executing department Visual Merchandising and standards
- Launching and planning catalogue campaigns
- Stock integrity initiatives to increase department profit
- Strong retail leadership experience preferred
- Time management skills
- Visual merchandising experience
- Physically capable to work large volumes of stock and set the pace
- Having an owner's mindset for your department
- A passionate attitude that inspires your Team
- A resilient & innovative problem solver
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- IT competency
- First Aid certified or willing to be trained (fully funded)
