We are seeking a **Female** Support Worker to assist our lovely 24 year old female Participant based in Hamilton. Our Participant requires a kind and insightful Support Worker in their 20s to early 30s who has a desire to encourage and empower those living with mental health challenges.
- Our Participant's will need you to assist them with:_
- Activities of daily living.
- Community and social engagement.
- All aspects of support physically & emotionally and on an individual needs basis.
- To continue providing high quality care, Home Caring require our Support Workers to have:_
- A **genuine passion **for working alongside individuals and their families to foster a positive and long-lasting relationship
- Excellent communication skills and flexibility to support clients needs based on individual circumstances
- A positive attitude strongly based on compassion and resilience, a sense of humour, and ongoing accountability
- Qualification in Disability Care or equivalent experience
- Fluent spoken English is essential
- NDIS Worker Screening (yellow card) (required)
- Blue Card (required)
- Driver Licence (required)
- Access to a comprehensively insured vehicle (required)
- CPR Certification (required)
- First Aid Certification (required)
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates
- The right to work in Australia
