**What the day will look like**

Your day will be busy with a focus on supporting the delivery of client servicing.

**Responsibilities**:

- Working in a collaborative team environment and provide administration support to our Trade Credit Surety team (new bonds and bond extensions)
- Support the delivery of client invoicing with efficiency and a high attention to detail
- Manage the completion of checklists for each bond placement to ensure compliance requirements are met
- Learn elements of a Trade credit policy renewal to assist other team members in peak periods

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**

To be successful in this role, you will be passionate about a career in insurance and have strong administration and customer service skills.

This a fast paced, high volume role.
- Strong administration skills and experience
- Ability to work under tight timeframes
- Experience supporting senior stakeholders (highly regarded)
- Tier 1 insurance qualification (highly regarded)
- Strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems
