Master Builders Insurance Brokers (MBIB) is a rapidly growing national insurance broker specialising in the building and construction industry. With a proven history of developing quality insurance professionals, we aim to create an environment where our people feel respected and engaged with the business, and where they are rewarded for outstanding work.

Due to a recent internal promotion, we are seeking a recent university graduate and/or client focussed individual to support our WA broking operations while also building on their own broking knowledge and experience.

**The role**:

- In this very hands on role based in West Perth, you will assist the broking team with:

- preparation of client renewals, tender submissions and business development proposals,
- client and underwriter communication,
- administration and other operational business,
- preparation of material and presentations for events,
- provide support to the wider broking business as appropriate.

**About You**:

- sound time management and organisational skills,
- high level IT / computer skills,
- the ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships,
- excellent written and oral communication skills,
- a willingness and ability to complete broking related studies,
- know how to work hard and have fun while doing so
