**ABOUT THE ROLE**

As the Brand Manager of McLaren Perth, you will be versatile across all aspects of the business being the key point of contact for current and future clients.

We are looking for an experienced automotive professional. Preferably someone that has worked within the luxury and or supercar automotive market as this role will require an in-depth knowledge into all aspects of the business.

As a full-service McLaren retailer, you will be responsible for the requirements of our clients spanning from new and used vehicle sales, service, brand, and product expertise.

This role reports directly to the McLaren Perth Dealer Principal and is supported by the Service Manager, Parts Manager and Marketing Manager to offer an end-to-end McLaren experience.

Example responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategies to support the achievement of business plan targets, budgets and KPI’s.
- Implement consistent and successful usage of CRM system and its requirements.
- Ensure the success of new product launches and customer drive activities.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with both external and internal stakeholders.
- Provide outstanding customer service to enhance the purchasing and ownership experiences for our clients.
- Extensive experience within the sales environment with previous experience in luxury automotive desirable.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
