**Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in identifying, implementing and managing cultural, inclusion and diversity strategies as well as any other programs as required across the business.
- Assist with implementing and supporting buddy programs.
- Interface culture with client interactions at various sites, government premises and partner bodies/communities.
- Participate in cultural activities such as Naidoc, Nameless Festival and any other cultural, inclusion and diversity activities.
- Act as a Mentor and escalate cultural issues involving relevant stakeholders in decision making.
- Establish and foster positive and constructive relationships with Mentees.
- Review Cultural behaviour training, goals and objectives with Mentee.
- Serve as a role model, teacher, advisor and advocate.

**Skills and Experiences**:
**About you**:

- Certificate IV in Leadership and Mentoring or equivalent
- Passionate about supporting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities
- Demonstrated understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures, organisations, histories, and the strengths and issues facing Indigenous people in Australia meeting their aspirations
- High level interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work and engage with Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander communities and staff
- Ability to coach, inspire, encourage and motivate others
- Ability to take direction and provide regular data entry, reporting and feedback as required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, written and verbal
- Well-developed computer skills
