**The Opportunity**

In this role, you would be part of a tight knit, successful team focused on delivering the highest level of customer service and satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. Reece Onsite have a fantastic new opportunity for an experienced Customer Service person to assist our rapidly growing, fast paced business.

**Duties for the role include but are not limited to**:

- Answering a high level of telephone enquiries from our home builder customer base
- Timely processing of customers’ requests for delivery / release of orders
- Deliver prompt responses to customer enquiries on stock availability and technical information.
- Inputting Sales Orders / Data Entry
- Liaise with suppliers for pricing and product availability. Coordinating deliveries and liaising with our warehouse team.
- Have extensive customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of Computer Literacy and fast processing speed.
- Ability to work a manage a fast paced / high pressure environment.
- Embracing the Reece values, policies, and procedures
- Being a supportive team member
