**Your Responsibilities**

- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with enquiries related to price and availability of produce
- Prepare quotes for customers with details of expected delivery dates
- Process customers orders and provide customers with details of expected delivery dates

**Your Profile**

- At least 1 - 3 years of customer service experience
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English
- Familiarity SAP in advantage
