**Advertising Account Manager / Senior Account Manager**

**_What you will be doing:_**
- With support and guidance from the relevant Business Director, you will facilitate and deliver integrated campaigns across all channels, managing their day-to-day activity and workflow.
- You will be the key client contact/interface and will manage projects to brief and ensure delivery on time, to quality and within budget.
- You will be responsible for coordinating client direct marketing including eDM, digital content, print, direct communications, events and programmes.

**_Your key responsibilities:_**
- Manage and implement workflow and day-to-day activity on client accounts. Keep jobs on track against timelines
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Identify new opportunities with existing clients (organic growth)
- Manage various production channels with relevant producers from estimation to delivery to the client
- Liaise with Studio regarding artwork and print production, specifications, costs and timings
- Ensure client guidelines are followed
- Ensure all briefs are comprehensive and accompanied by correct paperwork/information
- Finances - costing jobs for clients, negotiating project fees with suppliers/collaborators, Keeping track of client’s budget and completing timesheets
- Account interface with PR, production companies, suppliers & creative teams
- Track work-in-progress and keep the team, agency and client abreast of project status
- Actively contribute to a positive culture
- Nurture and foster curiosity about Behaviour Change Theory and Practice

**_ What experience do you need?_**

Ideally, you will have 2 to 5 years of experience in an Account Executive Account Management role within a fast-paced Marketing and Communications environment, with exposure to both digital and traditional marketing, or direct client experience.
