**About the role**

Based in Para Hills West, SA, Liebherr Australia is seeking an experienced IT Officer - Servers and Networks responsible for delivering projects and initiatives for servers and network infrastructure projects, providing 2nd and 3rd level IT support services to the business ensuring that servers and network infrastructure are in a high operational readiness state to support BAU business and changes.

**Duties**:

- Deliver servers and networks projects as part of the operational upgrades or new initiative in infrastructure and network projects
- Maintain high level of responsiveness for operational systems availability by provide timely 2nd and 3rd level IT infrastructure and network support
- Maintain up-to date systems and network assets, backups, configuration documentations, network security settings and maintenance of IT infrastructure knowledge base
- Provide effective transition from project completion to effective operational helpdesk support
- Support the IT operation team in IT Disaster Recovery preparedness

**Skills & Experience**:

- Relevant Microsoft servers and networking specialist certification
- Cert IV in Information Technology and above
- Work with a customer service focus and establish relationships.
- Work autonomously or collaboratively in a team.
- Communicate effectively using a variety of skills.
- Think flexibly with a desire for service delivery innovation.
