**About the Role**

Ventia has partnered with TasWater for their Facility Management Contract to maintain and service 1,835 sites across Tasmania.

Reporting to the Project Manager, the primary purpose of the **Facility Coordinator** is to coordinate and assist with all facility management services that are delivered to nominated TasWater sites.

This role is a **permanent Full-Time** position and will be based out of our offices in **Moonah**, **Tasmania**.

Key Responsibilities of the role:

- Ensuring that statutory maintenance is provided and measured to all TasWater sites.
- Monitoring completion of planned maintenance.
- Delivery of services in accordance with the agreed scope and quality.
- Monitoring of cost control through the implementation of initiatives, quality management and contractor efficiencies.
- Provide leadership, role modelling and direction to contractors.
- Deliver customer satisfaction.
- Compliance with contractual KPI’s.
- Management, reporting and monitoring of financial performance against budget including forecasting for planned works.
- Contractor compliance to Ventia procedures and policies.

**To be successful in this key role**:
You will have experience working in a similar role accompanied with:

- Comprehensive knowledge of cost planning
- Excellent oral and written skills
- High level of computer skills including MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- An ability to work flexibly and adaptively in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Hold a current drivers licence
