**About this role**:

**Key responsibilities**
- Collaborate closely with a senior leader as a 2iC (second-in-command) to ensure smooth project coordination and successful delivery
- Utilize your expertise in Revit to assist in the development and management of architectural drawings and documentation
- Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills to manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources effectively
- Foster strong communication with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure project requirements and objectives are met
- Take ownership of project tasks and exhibit a high level of autonomy while working towards project milestones
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and facilitate smooth information flow between different project stages.
- Continuously update your knowledge and skills in architecture, design, and project management to contribute to the growth and success of the team

**Skills and experience**
- Architectural qualifications and post-grad experience, operating at a level equal to 5 years in professional practice
- Experience in early project stages including feasibility studies
- You will be capable of producing high-quality design solutions
- Revit essential and Sketchup, Rhino, and Grasshopper nice to have
- Large scale project experience beneficial (Multi-Residential, Commercial, Mixed-Use, Hotels & Hospitality)
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, clients, and external stakeholders
- Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
