The **Business Unit Head, Neuroscience & Rare Disease** leads and manages the Neurosciences and Rare Disease Business Unit in Australia/New Zealand by defining and achieving sales, profit and growth objectives for the product portfolio and effectively managing people to ensure optimal performance outcomes.

As leader of the Business Unit teams, spanning Sales and Marketing, you will
- Define and manage the local BU launch strategy and planning for all new indications, ensuring launch excellence including proposing the local strategic plan, budget, forecasts and operational plans in line with corporate strategy
- Approve and oversee the brand strategy, ensuring the implementation of brand operational plans including competitive medico-marketing initiatives
- Ensure the development of robust KPIs and the delivery of optimal resource allocation across products, market segments and marketing mix to maximise ROI
- Championing drive to both enhance use of toxin for spasticity patients in Australia and New Zealand whilst holding a strong market share
- Monitor sales performance, ROI, CI and market /product knowledge and propose corrective actions when needed
- Evaluate timely adjustment of the strategy (and business model if relevant) to meet changing market conditions
- Manage key customer and thought leader strategy and ensure direct contact
