We’re seeking motivated and detail-oriented **multilingual Contact Centre Agents** to join our team in North Sydney. This is an exciting opportunity to support a specialised campaign for an automobile brand, focusing on evaluating customer engagement through outbound phone calls. This role starts as casual employment (up to 40 hours per week).
**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls as part of a campaign aimed at gathering insights on customer interactions.
- Document the details of each call accurately and objectively.
- Complete structured summaries and data entry following specific requirements.
- Follow campaign instructions and maintain professional communication standards.
- Maintain confidentiality, consistency, and a high level of discretion across all tasks.
- Adapt to campaign updates, training, and feedback in a dynamic environment.
**Requirements**:
- **Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese**: Native-level proficiency in all three languages is essential.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in contact centres, customer engagement, or phone-based roles is highly desirable.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal communication skills with a clear and professional phone manner.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to accurately observe, assess, and record information.
- **Self-Motivation**: Reliable, organised, and capable of managing tasks independently.
- **Flexibility**: Comfortable working across varied scenarios and following precise guidelines.
