**Job purpose and general responsibilities**
- Provide support to users and troubleshoot Netsuite deployments
- Demonstrate significant knowledge of product while conducting business requirements gathering workshops, translating requirements into potential design, configuration and training for user testing events, report development and ultimately supporting the deployment of the solution in production.
- Demonstrate problem solving techniques to succinctly organize facts and recommendations.
- Define detailed functional requirements for automations and integrations to NetSuite.
- Work with technical teams to design and test automations and integrations.
- Perform quality reviews of deliverables developed by other team members.
- Collaborate and communicate with Netsuite Architects, Project Managers and colleagues to facilitate on time and on budget project deliver.
- Work collaboratively with local EN teams to ensure successful delivery of netsuite support and deliverables and build world class systems

**Technical experience and skills**:

- 3 years hands on functional Netsuite ERP implementation experience preferably with a NS partner
- Experience on International NetSuite projects.
- Good personal computer and business solutions software skills.
- High level understanding of Trading (order processing, logistic, invoicing) and Accounting processes.
- Expertise on CRM, Order To Cash, Procure To Pay, AP/AR, GL.
- Strong skills on NetSuite configuration, reports development, training and support.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to quickly synthesize data and develop recommendations.
- Strong Analytical and Problem-solving skills required.
- Strong presentation/ communication / facilitation skills (oral and written).
- Capable of managing multiple objectives simultaneously. Self-motivated, requiring mínimal direct supervision.
- Bachelor / Masters degree or equivalent experience.
- OneWorld Environment
- IT Distribution or Supply Chain industry experience necessary
- Experience of Netsuite SRP will be an advantage.

**Languages**:Fluent English is mandatory, any other languages are a bonus

**Location**:Position is based in Exclusive Networks Sydney office, with occasional travel depending on the project
