**Innovation**, you will demonstrate the following skills and qualities for the role:
- Trade or Certificate qualifications in Engineering, Data Analysis or Customer Service, or a lesser qualification coupled with significant applied experience in utilities.
- Previous experience working with maintenance management systems such as Maximo, GIS, and CMMS.
- Ability to gather information and make confident decisions to deliver outcomes during times of urgency.
- Demonstrated excellence in delivering quality customer service.
- Experience working in a 24x7 environment will be highly regarded, and you will need the ability to participate in a 12-hour shift roster.
- Experience with SCADA would be advantageous.
