Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including payment allocation and credit control for overdue accounts
- Process payroll and related functions
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
- Prepare and submit financial reports to management
- Assist with general accounting functions as required
About You
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar finance role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and functions
- Proficient in Xero and Microsoft Excel
- High attention to detail with strong accuracy skills
- Excellent time management and organisational abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
