Key Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including payment allocation and credit control for overdue accounts
  • Process payroll and related functions
  • Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
  • Prepare and submit financial reports to management
  • Assist with general accounting functions as required

About You

  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar finance role
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and functions
  • Proficient in Xero and Microsoft Excel
  • High attention to detail with strong accuracy skills
  • Excellent time management and organisational abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
