**Position: VCE English Tutors/Teachers - Cranbourne Centre**

**Stem Academic College**, a leading provider of high-quality face-to-face tuition in Cranbourne, is expanding its team and looking for **enthusiastic and committed English tutors** to teach **VCE English (Year 11 & Year 12)**.

**About the Role**:

- **Subject**: VCE English
- **Year Levels**: Year 11 & Year 12
- **Location**: Cranbourne Centre
- **Class Format**: Small group, face-to-face sessions

**Responsibilities include**:

- Delivering engaging and structured English lessons aligned with the VCE curriculum
- Helping students master analytical writing, text response, comparative analysis, and language skills
- Marking students' work and providing detailed, constructive feedback
- Supporting students to improve results and build confidence
- Communicating regularly with parents about progress and goals

**Who We're Looking For**:

- **Education**: VIT-registered teachers or high-achieving university students (ATAR 85+), preferably with a focus in English or Literature
- **Skills**: Excellent command of English, confident communication, and ability to inspire students
- **Experience**: Previous tutoring or teaching experience preferred, but not essential
- **Certifications**: Must hold a current **Working with Children Check** (or VIT registration)
- **Availability**: Weekends and/or after school hours
- **Attributes**: Passionate, professional, approachable, and able to make learning enjoyable
