**Mr** **Hobsons** a waterfront cafe in Port Melbourne that operates Monday to Sunday from 7am to 10pm; is seeking dedicated All-Round Cafe Assistants & Baristas.

Offering full-time / part-time roles, with availabilities throughout the Weekdays / Weekends.

**You Will Need**:

- An extroverted and positive personality.
- A reliable, hard working and honest work ethic.
- Resilience under pressure and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Capable of working in fast paced restaurant, coffee shop, functions or similar food service environments.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including split shifts, weekends, mornings and evening shifts.
- Current RSA and Food Safety Certificates or willing to obtain if successful.

**About You**:
We are looking for a happy, outgoing, friendly person who enjoys working within a team. Learning all aspects of the Café, including barista & the bar.
- Experience working in a cafe or similar role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining quality service.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain customer service standards.
- Bartending experience is advantageous.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

- Afternoon shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability
