Town Planner

**GOLD COAST | FULL TIME**:
**Our team have led the planning and design of city-shaping projects including HOTA, Walker Breakwater, Pimpama Sports Hub, Southport Yacht Club, Surf Lakes Yeppoon, and the Port of Gladstone. Are you passionate about planning and looking to make your mark? This is the role for you****

**The areas you will work across will include**:

- Development of Strong Client Relationships
- Project management and team coordination
- Undertaking planning assessment, investigation and analysis of QLD legislation, guidelines, and related documentation for a range of project types
- Preparation of tenders, proposals and submissions

**Essential Experience + Attributes**:

- Tertiary qualification in town planning
- Min. 6 year’s industry experience
- Local Gold Coast (or SEQ) planning and development knowledge
- Experience with Development Assessment timeframes and processes, under the _Planning Act 2016_ as well as other relevant legislation
- Project management experience
- High level written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work autonomously and within a team
- Australian resident
