**The Opportunity**

We're looking for a deeply curious and passionate **Human Resources Coordinator **to springboard their HR generalist career. Join the Director of Human Resources curate an inclusive and positive employee experience and culture.

In this role you will provide support across the entire end-to-end employee lifecycle and ensure our people processes and activities are seamlessly executed.

**Profile**
- Exposure and experience working in a similar entry-level HR role
- Excellent communication skills is crucial, as you are conveying important messages to associates and leadership
- Exceptional at administrative duties and data entry
- Ability to work autonomously, however comfortable reaching out for support when needed
- Ability to plan and execute reporting and deliver on multiple work streams - high attention to detail
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and HRIS systems
- Collaborative, positive outlook and flexible approach to your work
- Able to work on weekends should the need arise
- Full working rights in Australia
