**About the opportunity**

Our new Moorebank NDC (MoNDC) is currently under construction, and it's set to be a game-changer. Located in Moorebank NSW, MoNDC is the newest addition to the Primary Connect Network, boasting an impressive 44,900 sqm facility that's almost three times the size of the Sydney Cricket Ground (SCG). With this expansion, we're taking Primary Connect's national supply chain to the next level. The state-of-the-art facility will also incorporate advanced automation technology, allowing for faster and more efficient handling of the 12,000 product lines, and further strengthening Woolworths Group's commitment to sustainability and innovation in the logistics industry.

Are you a natural leader with a passion for inventory management, testing, and automation? Do you have a solid background in logistics and supply chain management? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team at Woolworths Group's new automation site in Moorebank as a Test Inventory Manager As the Test Inventory Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective testing of our Automated Material Handling System. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating inventory required for tests, tracking quantity held on site in accordance with resource plans, while monitoring the condition to minimise waste. You'll manage inventory control, including ULDs for testing and ordering of consumables. You'll maintain a register of stock, check for damaged stock, and monitor stock approaching use-by dates to minimise waste. You'll also review labour resources, manage material handling equipment, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient inventory turnover.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have a demonstrated background in inventory management, a solid understanding of logistics and supply chain management, along with experience working with automation systems. You'll also possess strong leadership skills, along with excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
