Job Description Summary

A opportunity has arisen for a Program Coordinator to support Gas Projects team

Reporting to the Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing the project documentation, tracking adherence to key milestones and performance against approved budget.

A new opportunity has arisen for a Program Coordinator to join our Clayton team

Reporting to the Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing the project documentation, tracking adherence to key milestones and performance against approved budget.

Experience within gas distribution sectors will be highly regarded.
- Ensure all aspects of projects are organised and in conformance with schedule and deliverable requirement
- Develop and maintain project performance reports that track overall progress and achievement of milestones
- Assign and Monitor resource effectively in accordance with project requirements.
- Report project status and escalate risks and issues according to project work plan
- Serve as point of communication between internal and external stakeholders
- Own and manage program trackers such as KPIs, variations, RFI, BIR, etc.
- Manage all governance forums, preparing material, preparing invitations and ensuring appropriate attendance;
- Provide Procurement assistance;
- Manage operational budget, include processing invoices and contract management
- Use recommended portfolio, program and project control solutions for planning, scheduling and tracking;
- Prepare project/tender packages including project briefs, construction estimates, tender documents and specifications, scopes of work, drawings, procurement plans and associated contracts.
- Work with project teams to proactively identify areas of risk that may negatively impact project targets and put plans in place to mitigate and resolve issues.

What do you bring?

In addition to the above, we require an individual with;
- Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills, including an ability to develop and maintain effective relationships.
- Experience with project management software e.g. MS Project, P6
- Take responsibility for delivering outcomes
- Ability to identify priorities and ensure proper allocation of resources
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in program coordination within the gas sector
